Your mentor or co-ordinator might find this a useful template to use, or you may choose to concentrate on only some of the areas when getting feedback from lessons e.g. Communication or Preparation.
REMEMBER you need to WRITE lesson plans and given them to your mentor a day before the planned lesson so they can give you feedback on your plan so you can change it if you need to before the lesson. When you are beginning, a 1 hour lesson will take at least 2 hours to plan, so don't leave it till the last minute.
